This policy explains what information we collect through www.experienceworks.co.uk, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Contact enquiries: your name, email address, the area you’re interested in and your message. These are sent from your own email application when you use the contact form.
People Systems updates: your email address, an optional first name, and a record of the date and time you asked to receive launch updates.
Purchases, where these are made: your name, email address and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on this website.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to deliver a service you have bought.
To send you the specific launch update you asked for.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
Our lawful basis
Launch updates are sent on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Enquiries and orders are handled on the basis of taking steps you have asked us to take, and of our legitimate interest in responding to you.
Who else sees it
Our website hosting and email providers process information on our behalf so that messages can be delivered.
Where a payment is made, our payment provider processes the transaction.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept in our email account for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of our work together.
Update-list email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
You can withdraw your consent to launch updates at any time by replying to one of those emails or writing to us.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
