For coaching sessions, you can reschedule your session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in line with the terms below. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are normally charged in full.
If you’ve purchased a three-session coaching package and decide not to continue, please get in touch. Any refund for unused sessions will take into account sessions already completed, which will be charged at the standard single-session rate.
For a Strengths Debrief, your purchase includes a CliftonStrengths assessment as well as my preparation, your 75-minute session and personalised written summary. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. Where your assessment has already been supplied or I have begun work on your session at your request, any refund will take account of the services and costs already provided.
