I’m a People & Culture leader and leadership coach with over 12 years of experience at Amazon, working across people strategy, talent, performance and leadership development.

Through Experience Works, I bring together my experience in HR and organisational development with my interest in helping people understand themselves, develop their strengths and thrive at work.

I work with individuals through coaching and with organisations through consulting, programme development and practical People Systems.

I’m particularly interested in making people development more practical, accessible and impactful.
